I’ve put this off for way too long…journaling about all of the miracle moments that have happened for me over the last few years. I’d like to express a special appreciation for all of the miracle moments that have happened over the last month in particular! Here’s the short list:

  • Happy, healthy kids with opportunities galore!

  • Dream investor saying YES to my DREAM project!

  • Landing a HUGE State contract and more in the works!

  • Doors continuing to OPEN for each of my businesses!

  • Meeting incredible new friends!

  • Awareness of all of the small things that continue to support me so that I can live a life that I want with ease and grace!

You may be wondering, what has changed ? Well, I am here to tell you that I HAVE CHANGED!!! Tell me more…how did you change? I have changed because I have taken responsibility for my emotional healing and well being! I know understand how my thoughts effect how I FEEL…all of the time! I have learned how to heal myself and how to live in non-resistance and FLOW!

It’s hard to imagine my life before I WOKE up! My days of complaining about people, things or situations are long gone. Blaming others for my unhappiness, no more! You see, once you are awake…you see things through a different lens….and you can’t go back. When you truly understand and live by the principal of happiness being an inside job, you no longer expend energy on anyone or anything outside of yourself to make you happy. After all, permanent and effortless happiness is what we are all striving for, right?

Want to learn more about the methods and practices that I use to live a life that I want, everyday? Are you ready to live in FLOW? Reach out to me and let’s set up a time to chat…I would love to help you!

Love and light…K

MY STORY...by decades

IMG_1822.JPG

Hello my friends!  My name is Karen Sulzer, founder of Pebble Nation, GiRLiFE Facilitator, Spirit Junkie and Women's Empowerment Coach!  If you have known me for a while, you probably know most of my story.  I am a serial entrepreneur, an eternal optimist and true believer that together, WE CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE!  With the right mindset and attitude, we can overcome anything!  This has been my mantra for the last 14 years. If we have not had a chance to meet yet, I'd love to share my story with you.

I have quite a colorful background of life experiences, all of which shaped me into the woman that I am today.  Born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana, my family's idea of going out of town visiting my grandparents on the Northshore in Old Mandeville.  Our world was simple...Mom, Dad, and three sisters. Fortunately for me, tennis was a big part of my life from a young age and it is a skill set that I am so grateful to have.  I learned the importance of "it takes a village" concept when I was 11 and my parents divorced.  Everyone did the best they could...with the tools that they had.  I've always managed to land on my feet...despite the obstacles thrown in my path.

Here's a little more about my story broken down by decades.

After graduating from Louisiana State University in architecture, I spent my twenties working in New Orleans as in intern-architect and enjoying everything that our fine city had to offer. Sisterly love, wonderful friends, food, live music and a whole lot of culture!  I was in my mid-twenties when I met my children's father in 1991.  Within a few years, we were married and were on our way starting our family.

I spent my thirties raising my two older children and living abroad for over half of that decade. My time spent in Australia and Singapore was amazing!  Going back to school in Melbourne, I was able to pursue my passion for photography.  I owned and operated a successful photography business while living abroad.  My late thirties presented some pretty significant challenges and miracles.  I faced divorce, lived through Hurricane Katrina (transplanted to Houston for over 4 months) and was forced to start my life all over again.  I was 38 when my youngest daughter was born. A true miracle! I share all of this with you because it IS POSSIBLE to reset, pick up the pieces, put your life back together again and live a joyful life!

My forties were, by far, the most transformational time in my life!  New businesses, new husband, and new opportunities!  In December of 2014, I decided to go back to school at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. In 2016, I met Gabby Bernstein and attended Spirit Junkie Masterclass, L1 & L2 and fell in love with the Spirit Junkie community.  Our blended family of seven survived some very challenging times and we have become stronger as a result. I have spent the last five years being really still and have been doing the necessary work to face the second half of my life with pure passion and JOY!  I started playing tennis again in my late 40's and I am so grateful for the wonderful community that has developed as a result of reengaging with this beautiful sport!

I plan to live my 50's and beyond to the fullest.  Unapologetically!  I have BIG DREAMS!  My intention is to enjoy living in the present moment, surround myself with people who support me and lift me up and help women STEP INTO THEIR POWER.  I am living proof that you can do anything that you set your mind to do!  I welcome the opportunity to serve you in this capacity and hope that you will reach out to me if you are interested in setting up a call.

Wishing you all a life full of love, light and beautiful energy!!! One pebble at a time...we will CREATE THE RIPPLE!!! Cheers! Karen
